BibTeX Style for American Economic Review (AER)

When it is time to submit the final version of our paper “Group Size and Incentives to Contribute: A Natural Experiment at Chinese Wikipedia,” it took me a while to figure out how to modify the original aer.bst file.
To save some time for myself and others, here is the modified bst file.
